About me
I am an experienced and versatile designer who aims to create products and services that work seamlessly for the user – irrespective of their level of skill, disability or education.
It is my aim to help people enjoy a better standard of life through the products and services that I work on.
I have vast amounts of experience in government, local government and the private sector – having previously worked for the likes of Sage, Department for Work and Pensions, Stockport Council and HM Revenue and Customs.
I am experienced as a hands on designers, as well as a senior designer working closely with business stakeholders.

Stockport Council - My Account
A citizen account that allows the people of Stockport to quickly and easily keep track of the things that are important to them – like Council Tax and benefits payments, locally reported faults and bin collection information.
Sage Accountant Cloud
This was a brand new product that aimed to help accountants manage their practice more effectively by providing them with the tools to manage documentation, keep track of client contact and comply with new GDPR guidance.
DWP - Digital debt
A new service for citizens to quickly and easily repay money they owe to the Department for Work and Pensions – removing long waiting times and inefficient processes.
